Nolan of Black Diamond scheduled my last minute appointment with no problem two days before Christmas. Who does that? Josh my Service Tech went above and beyond best customer service. He was informative, space conscious, knowledgeable, pet aware, and friendly. Price. Reasonable. I will definitely have them back for more jobs. My carpets look amazing. Sorry for no before and after. Just saying my over 20 yr old carpets look great.

Excellent job! We had one of our rental units cleaned by Black Diamond Services-they did a great job! The carpet came out super clean, stains removed and the entire home smelled fresh. Customer service was super! They are easy to work with fir estimates and scheduling. Their technician was equally professional and nice.

I was able to book a very last minute appointment with the team and they came to the home and did a phenomenal service cleaning carpets that had been neglected for over a decade. They were able to make these carpets look new again and were extremely professional and took great care of the home while conducting the cleaning.
