Excellent job! We had one of our rental units cleaned by Black Diamond Services-they did a great job! The carpet came out super clean, stains removed and the entire home smelled fresh. Customer service was super! They are easy to work with fir estimates and scheduling. Their technician was equally professional and nice.

Living room carpet and two 8x10 rugs. Received veterans discount that we really appreciated. Easy to schedule. Received notification that crew would arrive in 50 minutes. Tjey showed up on time and they finished all tasks quickly. Carpet and rugs look and smell great. Price was very fair. All contact was made through text which was very convenient since I kept forgetting to call during regular business hours. I suspect that I chatted with an AI Booking System to schedule the appointment and obtain my estimate. Easy...love love how simple the whole process was.

Wow! The carpets look amazing and the technician was so incredibly helpful.
