Tjey showed up on time and they finished all tasks quickly. Carpet and rugs look and smell great. Price was very fair. All contact was made through text which was very convenient since I kept forgetting to call during regular business hours. I suspect that I chatted with an AI Booking System to schedule the appointment and obtain my estimate. Easy...love love how simple the whole process was.

Wow! The carpets look amazing and the technician was so incredibly helpful.
