All contact was made through text which was very convenient since I kept forgetting to call during regular business hours. I suspect that I chatted with an AI Booking System to schedule the appointment and obtain my estimate. Easy...love love how simple the whole process was.

Nolan of Black Diamond scheduled my last minute appointment with no problem two days before Christmas. Who does that? Josh my Service Tech went above and beyond best customer service. He was informative, space conscious, knowledgeable, pet aware, and friendly. Price. Reasonable. I will definitely have them back for more jobs. My carpets look amazing. Sorry for no before and after. Just saying my over 20 yr old carpets look great.

I called them out to deep clean our fire station tile and carpets. They came out and gave me a quote and came back the next day and got everything done.
